Hotel Mount Maluti is set in southern Lesotho, an area rich in scenic attractions. Here you can also have fun testing your 4x4 skills before venturing further afield into the Southern Maluti.

The hotel is perfectly located for guests to take full advantage of the area's scenic, natural playground. We'll help plan your routes and adventures which may include exploring the mountains by foot on short hikes or extended expeditions; pony trekking; or revving up on the 4x4 bike trails.

The south of Lesotho is rich in traditional Basotho culture and nearby villages and mission stations always warmly welcome visitors. San rock art, dinosaur footprints and the cannibal caves are world-famous phenomena of the region.

Mohale's Hoek is 125km south of the capital, Maseru, on a tar road or is easily accessible from Zastron, Tele Bridge and wepner in the Southern Free State. Al fresco: rooms and reception areas open on to the mesmerisingly beautiful gardens.
